RMB Products is celebrating its 55th anniversary this year. Although the company was originally founded in California in 1963, the owners moved RMB to Fountain, Colorado in 1993. Since then, the headquarters has operated at 1201 RMB Court. The company currently has 86 employees.

RMB Products specializes in plastic manufacturing, using the processes of rotational lining, rotational molding, and selective laser sintering. The company offers solutions for pipeline corrosion protection, durable aircraft parts, and high purity processing equipment.

Over the past year, RMB has seen significant revenue growth as well as 25 new employee hires. Much of this growth can be attributed to changes in process workflow, increased training for employees, and reduction in operating costs. The company is also in the process of implementing Lean and Six Sigma methods in its manufacturing practices.

“The key to sustained growth is the continued investment in providing our employees with the skills and tools to meet our customer needs,” said Ryan Lengerich, chief operating officer at RMB. “Without the hard work and dedication of our employees, we wouldn’t be where we are today.”

Within the next month, RMB is constructing a building that will include a new burn out oven and paint booth. These pieces of equipment will enhance the service offering available to RMB’s clients.

During a barbecue last week, RMB staff celebrated the anniversary of the company as well as the milestone employee anniversaries of Scott Neel (30 years), Marie Doonan (20 years), Russ Morehead (20 years), and Lee Hernandez (10 years).
