APPLICATION
Fluoropolymer (ETFE) lined pressure vessels

PRIMARY USE
Storing, dispensing and transporting corrosive, hazardous and high-purity chemicals

TECHNICAL DATA
Sizes: Standard vessels in 4- to 250-lliter capacities; custom vessels up to 2,000 liters
Options: PFA dip tubes and spargers; single-point and multi-point level sensors; standard and custom fittings, valves and piping; standard white pickle finish
Maximum service temperature: 150°C/302°F
Pressure dispensing rating: 125 psi

FEATURES AND BENEFITS
· ASME and DOT/UN approved for shipping and dispensing hazardous materials
· Seamless, permanently bonded ETFE lining
· Highly resistant to chemical attack
· No metal contact with fluids
· Impact resistance better than FRP composite vessels
· Easy to clean

ETFE rotationally lined vessels offer the benefits of both plastic and metal construction. The stainless steel outer
shell ensures safety; the interior lining ensures purity and corrosion resistance. ETFE is a rugged fluoropolymer with an outstanding balance of properties: high levels of purity, excellent chemical resistance, mechanical toughness and high service temperatures.
