The RMB Products team celebrated the milestone anniversaries of four employees this month.
Lee Hernandez – Lee is a fabricator and plastic welder and has worked for the company for 10 years. He is proficient at building high purity semiconductor and biopharmaceutical products efficiently and effectively. He also aids in training new hires with plastic welding, as well as clean room and white room protocol.
Marie Doonan – Marie is the sales assistant and has worked for the company for 20 years. Her high level of customer service is invaluable when responding to client inquiries, complaints, and quoting potential projects. She also maintains customer databases and compiles monthly sales reports.
Russ Morehead – Russ is the document control coordinator and product structure specialist. He has worked for the company for 20 years, most of which has been spent in this role. His responsibilities are focused around creating work orders, unique part numbers, engineering masters, and contract review checklists.
Scott Neel – Scott has been with the company for 30 years. He has operated as the purchasing manager for 29 of those years. Scott is responsible for purchasing all materials for projects and any other company inventory that is needed by employees.
