To aid us in reaching our goal of 100% process quality at RMB Products, we have implemented a compliance software platform called Qualtrax.
Qualtrax creates more efficiency and streamlines communication within our organization. It does this by allowing us to develop workflows for processes, which require the same path to be followed every time. Staff receive “tasks” in their inbox per the workflow structure and the project moves along once each task is completed. An added benefit of the platform is that it eliminates a lot of paperwork passed internally.
The software is also helpful in our process development for new client projects. These workflows will aid us in tracking how long each piece of the process takes, which will allow us to have a better understanding of the timeline for future projects.
