Our new oven was delivered earlier this week. After being shipped from Michigan, a 300-ton crane was used to lift it off the semi-truck.
This oven will significantly increase RMB’s production capacity. This is part of a multi-year expansion, which involves acquiring new machines, as well as the construction of an additional building.
This steel oven is 25’ deep x 13’ wide and will be used to clean new pipe of any foreign materials before going through the rotational lining process. The oven will also be capable of safely removing existing liners, even those produced by other lining or coating methods, allowing our team to easily salvage the steel and install a new thermoplastic liner.
